With Spectora Payments you can access Instant Payouts! Easily initiate the payouts yourself 24/7, including weekends and holidays, and receive your funds within minutes. In this article, we'll walk you through the process and provide all the information you need to know about Instant Payouts.
How It Works
If you use Spectora Payments you can easily initiate an Instant Payout from the Payments main screen. Select "Payments" from the drop-down menu, then you'll see your available balance and the button to pay out instantly.
Select "Payments" from the drop-down menu with your name in the top-right corner.
Here you can view your available balance. Click the blue "Pay out instantly" button to start the instant payout process.
"Instant" will be selected by default as the pay out option. Confirm your bank or debit card (you'll have to have a bank or debit card already set up on your Stripe account for your payouts), confirm the amount then click the blue "Pay out" button.
You will see the fee amount here as well.
You'll see a success message from Stripe, and that's it! You will typically receive your funds within 30 minutes.
Requirements, Restrictions and Fees
Available only for companies in the United States.
You can request Instant Payouts 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
Funds typically appear in the associated bank account within 30 minutes.
Instant Payout Fee is 1.5% of the total payout amount.
Requires a supported bank account or debit card.
Instant Payout minimum is $0.50 and maximum is $9,999. Users can't pay out more than their available balance.
Must use Spectora Payments.
🔴 You cannot view the Instant Payout details like you would normally for payouts within Spectora. You will have to view the individual payments on your Stripe Account for details.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do my payouts have to be set to manual in order for me to do Instant Payouts?
No. Your payouts do not have to be set to manual for you to see this option. Even if you have automatic daily payouts set, you'll still have access to Instant Payouts as long as the available funds have not already been sent to your bank account.
Why does the Instant Payout available amount not match the payout amount to the left?
The available amount is the full payout amount minus the 1.5% fee. This is to provide full transparency of the amount you will receive.
Why am I seeing an error message and no pay out button?
Try refreshing the Payments page.
If you're seeing a message "Instant payouts are temporarily unavailable. Please check back later." you may not have any available balance. This can be due to refunds or your account being in a negative balance as well.
If you're seeing a message "Instant payouts aren't available for this payout right now due to a routine review. Please check back later." this is due to routine account verification for your payments and payout account. Once verification is complete this will return to normal.
