In your template editor, for Checkbox type comments,  you can choose to "Default that comment to checked" 

 


What this means is that instead of the comment defaulting to unchecked and not being included in the report until you active it, the comment will start are being checked/active/included in the report. 

Usually inspectors use this for general information comments like "clients name" or disclaimers or explanations that they always want included in the report.
