Learn how to add a default photo to your reports by adding them in the template editor.

Did you know that you can save valuable time by adding default line drawings, images, and more to your reports? Whether it's default photos of maps, technical drawings, or any other necessary visuals, they can be incorporated into any type of comment! By setting a default photo, you can guarantee that your photo will be included in every report.

Please ensure that all images are in either JPG or PNG format.


How to Add a Default Photo

Take a look at the step-by-step instructions below or watch our helpful video guide on how to easily add a default photo to your comment using the template editor.

  1. From your dashboard, click "Templates."

  2. Click "My Templates."

  3. Open the Template you would like to edit.

  4. Open the section.

  5. Open the item.

  6. Expand the comment you would like to add the photo to.

  7. Click "Add Default Photo."

  8. Click "Choose File."

  9. Add your photo from your files.

  10. Add a "Caption."

  11. Click "Save."
