Fill out all required information so that the web team can assist you in a timely manner, and leave any additional details in the "Details" box of the form. Once submitted, this will be placed directly in the web team's support queue.
Non-Spectora Website Clients
Unfortunately, we cannot offer reliable support for websites that aren't hosted through Spectore. If you do not host your website with us, reach out to whoever your host is and work with them to fix your website.

Why is my Online Scheduler not working properly on my website?
If your Online Scheduler is looking funky on your website, we recommend re-adding the widget to your site! You can find your unique embedded code in Settings > Online Scheduler (under Scheduling Tools) at the very bottom.
Just copy and paste this onto your site! If you host with us, the web team can do this for you when you use our Website Edits Form! If you do not host with us, send this embed code to your webmaster to add, or copy and paste it yourself.
