Occasionally, you may need to manually send an advanced automation email or text to the client/agent on an inspection. If you've recently made changes to an inspection, such as rescheduling, reactivating, or updating payment info, and an expected email or automation wasn't triggered automatically, you can manually send it by following the steps outlined in this article below.
This can include things like:
Sending a confirmation email for a rescheduled inspection
Resending agreements, reminders, or payment links
⚠️ App version note: The steps below apply to the V9 (Legacy) interface. If you're on V10 and don't see "View All Inspection Actions," scroll down to the V10 method at the bottom of this article.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why isn't the "send" button showing up next to my action/automation?
Why didn't my email/text send when I scheduled the inspection? Do I need to manually send it?
If the inspection was scheduled/confirmed with notifications disabled, your scheduling automations may not have been fired. This is because those automations look for the triggering event which is the inspection being confirmed.
If notifications are disabled during that triggering event (scheduling/confirmation), the automation will miss the event and will not be sent out. You will need to manually send the automation so the client/agent can receive the message.
Can I send a one-off email instead?
You sure can! Click here to see how to send a manual email.
