How to change text and images on your Elementor website

Your Spectora web care plan includes unlimited content edits!

However, if you want to make the changes on your own, you can follow this guide on how to update the text and images on your Elementor website.

  1. Log in to your Spectora website. You will find your login page by typing www.YOURWEBSITEADDRESSHERE.com/login.

  2. Once logged in, go to "Site Pages" on the left pane of your website dashboard. Then choose "All Pages."

  3. Find the page where you'd like to make changes. Hover over the page, then click "Edit with Elementor."


    HOW TO EDIT TEXT ELEMENTS:

1. Hover over the text element you want to edit. Click the pink pencil icon in the upper right corner of the text element. Clicking the pencil icon will open an editor tool on the left pane.

2. Update the text on the left pane. Once you're happy with your edits, make sure to click the pink "Update" button at the bottom right corner of the editor pane.


HOW TO EDIT IMAGES:

There are two ways to update the images on your Elementor Spectora website. To identify which step to follow, click on the image element you want to update.

A. Editing a column background:

  1. If, after clicking the image, you see a pink square outline on the photo and the left pane shows "Edit Spacer," this means you need to edit the column background.

  2. To edit a column background image, click the image, then click the column icon at the upper left corner of the image.

  3. On the left pane, navigate to "Style."

  4. Navigate to Image, then click the image.

  5. Upload/choose the photo you want to use in your media library. Click "Select" on the bottom right corner.

  6. Once you're happy with the new image, click "Update" to save your changes.



    B. Editing an image element

    1. If, after clicking the image, you see a pink pencil icon, this means you need to edit the image element itself.

    2. To an image element, click the image. On the left pane, navigate to "Content." Click the image under "Choose Image."

    3. Upload/choose the photo you want to use in your media library. Click "Select" on the bottom right corner.

    4. Once you're happy with the new image, click "Update" to save your changes.
