The section title can quickly be changed from the default to a custom title of your choice. The section title by default is "Recommended Contractors." If you'd prefer to use a different title for your contractors though, you can enter a Custom Title!

A great option for a custom title would be "Local Contractors" as shown below:

Simply click the radial dial to the left of the title option you'd like to use, then click Save at the bottom of the form.

Now when your report generates and has recommended contractors listed, your new section title will appear directly above that list.

At the top of the Recommended Contractors list inside the inspector report, there is a text box for introductory text. This text can be used to explain to clients that they can request repair quotes from these contractors.

The default intro text is "For issues found during the inspection, you can get a repair estimate for any of these contractors."

To use a custom intro, click the radial dial to the left of Custom Intro and enter your preferred verbiage.

Now when your report generates and has recommended contractors listed, your new intro text will appear directly above that list.

By default, your clients will only see contractors recommended within the report based on which defects were found. But you can now choose to show your clients a full list of contractors that you would recommend.

This setting is OFF by default, but you can enable it at any time! To enable, simply toggle the switch to the right and click Save at the bottom of the window.

With this setting enabled, your full list of ACTIVE contractors (regardless of defects found in the report) will be displayed in the Client Portal.
