If you have ever wanted more info about what is behind the metric you are looking at, now you have it!

Each Advanced Metrics widget has a "Full Export" option for all widgets that are based on the Inspection Data Source. This option allows you to export the full inspection data set associated with a metric and filter in the same way as the metric.

How to Use Full Export

Using the Full Export option is easy! In this section, you'll see how to find and download the full export file for your Metrics widgets.

๐Ÿ’ก Quick tip: Click on the video above to expand it in another window.

  1. Click "Metrics" to navigate to your Metrics Dashboard

  2. Click the 3 dots in the top right corner of the widget

  3. Click "Full Export" in the dropdown menu

  4. The export will start downloading

  5. Click "Download File"

The export will download as a CSV file and show in your recent downloads list on your computer.

๐ŸŒŸNote: It may take some time to generate your downloadable file if there are more than a few hundred records involved. You can always just leave the tab open where the file is being prepped and continue working on whatever else you need to in Spectora.

Viewing the Full Export

Now that you've downloaded the full export, it's time to view it!

You'll see the export titled the same as your Metric widget:

You can view the file in Excel, import it to Google Sheets, or import it to Apple Numbers.

The spreadsheet will show all inspection information including date & time, address, any outstanding balances due, client & agent information, and services associated.
