Occasionally, you may need to manually enter a client's credit/debit card information to receive a payment. You can enter their card details while on the phone with them by navigating to the client portal for your inspection. Follow the steps below to take payment.
Click on the inspection address to open the Inspection Details page
Click "Client/Agent View" in the People box
Click "Pay for your inspection" in the portal
Click "Pay Via Credit Card"
Enter the client's card information
Click "Pay"
That's it! Confirm the inspection has been paid by viewing the Fees & Payments box

Frequently Asked Questions
I entered cash payment for today's inspection, but the client wants to pay with a credit card instead. I don't see a way to delete the cash payment or edit the invoice in the app. Why?
Payments and fees cannot be edited via the mobile app. You will need to navigate to the web in order to edit the inspection payment or fees. Click here to see how.
