You can designate certain items as "Informational Only""

These items will not have any ratings associated with them (i.e. IN/NI/NP/D) and they will not show up in the grid (if you use it).  They are meant to be simple places to store a variety of informational comments.

Some prefer most informational comments to be stored in a "General" item for each section, while others prefer to scatter their informational comments into each relevant item.  We give you the option to do both!
