Click on the inspection to open the Inspection Details page
Click "More" in the top right corner

If you have already published the inspection report(s), the system will not let you delete the inspection. You can only delete inspections that have not been published.

Why do I have only one free inspection left if I have not yet submitted any reports thus far?
With the free trial, the inspection count will add up any inspections that you have scheduled, regardless of whether the reports have been submitted or published. You can delete inspections that have not been published yet to reopen a spot.
