Florida recently made changes to the requirements of the Florida Citizens 4-Point Inspection Form. You can read more about these changes here!
We'll walk you through the steps you need to take to update your template to the latest updated version below.
Adding from Template Center
First you'll want to ensure that you have the updated 4-Point form from the template center. Follow the steps below to get it added to your templates.
Click on Templates in your Navigation Bar:
Click on Template Center:
Click on the Florida Citizens 4-Point Inspection Form (2025):
Click +ADD TEMPLATE to add it to your account:
The template will being building in your account:
The new version has 2025 in the name to clearly show that it is updated, but to avoid confusion, you may want to delete the previous 4 Point.
Updating Default Template in Services & Fees
You will want to be sure the updated 4 Point loads on all new inspections by default through updating your Services and Fees.
Navigate to your Settings > Services and Fees
Click to expand each service that utilizes the 4-Point form
Click to expand the "Templates" drop-down and select the new 4-Point form
Repeat steps for all Services that use the 4-Point form
Updating Already Scheduled Inspections
If you have upcoming scheduled/built inspections from before adding the new 4-Point form, you'll need to delete and then re-add the report using the updated template.
Navigate to the inspection details page
Delete existing 4-Point reports
Click +NEW on the reports box and select the new 4-Point template
Your new report will build or be ready to build on the day of the inspection
