What is PASS?

Spectora offers an integration with PASS, a home inspector featured call center. PASS believes that everyone deserves meaningful work. Artificial Intelligence and robots are replacing jobs at a faster pace than ever in history. They believe that humans have a distinct advantage over machines in the domain of judgement.

How to Integrate

1. Complete this contact form on PASS's website or give PASS a call at (866) 612-7277 to get started.

2. Go through your account setup and onboarding process with PASS's team.

3. Once you have your account ready to roll and login info in hand, go to your

Spectora Settings > Company Settings > System Integrations.

4. Scroll to Call Centers > PASS > and hit Enable.

5. You'll see a box pop up for the setup. Enter any information you'd like for PASS's representatives to see when they take calls for your company and click Enable.

6. Voila! We will let PASS know the integration is live. You're all set for company calls to go through PASS and have more time to do what you're here to do- inspect!

💡 Tip: Make sure you have your Services & Fees setup exactly how you'd like them, they're what PASS representatives will be going off when they schedule!
