Your Spectora calendar that displays on your Dashboard or via the "Calendar" link can be customized in a number of ways.

"Day" and "Week" view allow you to use precise time slots and view your scheduled open slots/blocks (as set up in Settings->Setup Services and Fees.) 

The "4-week" or "Month" view allow a broader overview of the weeks ahead. "Month" is the current calendar month, while the "4-week" begins with the current week (or, optionally, a week or two prior as set in Settings->Dashboard Settings).

You can control which hours are displayed for the "Day" and "Week" view to utilize the space efficiently. Set these in Settings->Dashboard Settings, or just click the pencil icon on the calendar.

You can begin the "Week" view with an optional number of days before today if you like. You can also begin the "4-week" view an optional number of weeks prior to the current date. Set up both of these in Settings->Dashboard Settings, or just click the pencil icon on the calendar.

You can choose what text or inspection information you see when you hover over an inspection on your Calendar!  To do this go to Settings > Company Settings > Calendar Options > Calendar Hover Text! 

Once you are in the Hover Text settings, you have your choice of what Placeholders and text you would like to add! The Placeholders will populate unique data for you to see in your custom hover text for each inspection! 

Once you have that custom text set up, you will be able to see it on all inspections across your company. If you are an Advanced user this custom text will also show for Inspection Events!
