Adding Default Photos to Your Reports

Learn how to add a default photo to your reports by adding them in the template editor.

You can save time by adding default line drawings, images, etc. to your reports by adding them in the template editor.

Default images can be added to any type of comment - informational, limitation, or defect.

  1. Navigate to the Templates page and select your template from the My Templates dropdown menu:

  2. Locate the comment you want to have a default photo on under its section & item:

  3. At the bottom of the comment, you'll see the Add Default Photo button:

  4. You'll see a pop-up box where you can choose a photo from your computer as well as the option to add a caption:

  5. When you click on Choose File, you'll have the option to select your photo from its saved location on your computer. Locate and click on your photo, then click Open:

  6. You'll see your newly chosen photo listed now. Click SAVE:

  7. Now your default photo is saved to your template:

You can add default photos of maps, technical drawings, or anything you need!
