We have been rapidly adding tons of features since we first arrived on the scene in 2016.  We've matured from a brand new report writing software to a fully-featured all-in-one home inspection software platform.  We've adding email automation, multi-inspector tools, agent tools, an online scheduler, numerous integrations, template customization and building tools, mobile tools, backup tools, and time-saving features.

We've rebuilt core parts of our platform to be better and faster. We've added new team members, moved offices twice, and upgraded our infrastructure several times to be faster and more reliable.  We've heard from many inspectors that they are saving time and money by using Spectora, consolidating their tools and completing inspections faster.  They're even getting more referrals from the modern report format and its ease-of-use.

Our software prices haven't changed since the very beginning, when many of our operating costs were unknown.

Now that we have grown up a bit as a company, we've come to understand what's important to our customers - constant innovation, top-notch support, and performant technology.  We have a better sense of not only the costs that go into delivering these, but also of the value our inspectors are getting by using Spectora.

On June 15th, we will be raising our prices so we can continue delivering what's important.  The upcoming prices will be as follows:

  • Solo Inspector: $99/mo or $999/year ($83.25/mo)
  • Multi (add'l inspectors): $69/mo or $588/year ($49/mo - same as before)
  • Website Design: $900
  • Hosting: $250/year Basic Hosting or $500/year Managed Hosting
  • Jumpstart: $1699

Our SEO plans will stay the same price as listed.
