Too many footprints will break our ISN integration. If you have too many we will automatically disable your integration until you clean them out. This can be difficult if they are more than 1 week old, however, since ISN only shows you footprints within the past week and the upcoming week:

To remove footprints older than 1 week that may still be lingering in your ISN account, pop into Office Settings and hit "ISN Remote Manager":

Here you can select to automatically remove old footprints and hit "Remove Footprints Now":

This will clear them out and allow your integration to work!
