You can copy or duplicate sections on the web editor of your report! Here's how you can get that done:

The double paper icon can be brought up by hovering over a section, item, or comment! Clicking that will give you the option to duplicate or copy your section:

If you want to copy an item (not an entire section) you can hover over the double paper icon and give it a click! When you do that, you'll see the option to choose what section to copy it into:
