What is Inspector Call Center?

Spectora offers integration with Inspector Call Center, a call center that works exclusively with home inspectors. ICC has been working as the coordinators for home inspections for many years, and they believe their success depends on what home inspectors are gaining through them. They focus heavily on a 100% response rate, extraordinary customer service, and an exceptional client satisfaction rate.

"We provide and execute flawless service and sales for our customers. At ICC you are part of the team, and a victory for you is always a victory for us and that is why we ensure satisfaction, especially in your bottom line!"

Once you have your account ready to roll and login info in hand, follow the steps below to set up the integration!

πŸ’‘ Quick tip: Click on the video above to expand it in another window.

  1. Click "Settings"

  2. Click "System Integrations"

  3. Click "Enable"

  4. Enter any information you'd like for ICC's representatives to see when they take calls for your company

  5. Click "Enable"

Woohoo! We will let ICC know the integration is live. You're all set for company calls to go through their team and have more time to do what you're here to do- inspect!
