Of course!  In non-urgent situations, we schedule phone calls in advance because one on one phone calls require us stepping away from helping multiple users at the same time on the tech support chat bubble.  This minimizes wait time and allows everyone to get their questions answered efficiently. We will, of course, step away for a call during an emergency.
