Most commonly we see emails being dropped because you don't have an email entered in your Company Profile, but you have the Point of Contact for your emails set to Company. This would result in you trying to send an email with a blank "from" line. To check this: 

  1. Check your Point of Contact that your emails are being sent from.  Go to Automations > Email Settings 

Check and see if you have Company as your Point of Contact 


Do you have an email in your company profile? If not, you'll need to enter one.
