Are your invoices not sending in your Report Ready email?

If you're using the {{REPORT_LINK}} in your report ready email, instead of using the {{INSPECTION_LINK}}, you are directing the client/agent directly to the report, and not to the client portal where the the invoice is located. You can either change this in your automations, or add the {{INVOICE_LINK}} to your Report Ready emails as well.
