FAQ

  • How is the report view log information tracked?

When the report emails are sent out, there's usually a handy little feature in the URL that helps us connect them to the person viewing it. We keep track of this through a token, which is just a string of characters at the end of the URL.

  • Why am I seeing "unknown" for the user name on the report view log?

  • Multiple factors could lead to this issue. For instance, if the report is accessed through certain methods that we are unable to monitor, such as opening it in an incognito browser, sharing it with a family member or friend, or copying and pasting the URL. This will result in the username being labeled as "unknown".
