Changing the date on an inspection is easy, here's how.

When a client or agent needs to reschedule, you can easily change the date/time of an inspection. No need to create a whole new inspection!

How to Reschedule an Inspection

Learn how to reschedule a canceled inspection in Spectora with ease. Follow these steps to update the date and time of an inspection effortlessly.

  1. Click on the inspection from your dashboard

  2. Click the existing date and time

  3. Select your new appointment date

  4. Select your new appointment time

  5. Click "Reschedule"

When you reschedule the inspection, this will automatically schedule all reminders and follow-ups as per your Automations (or Actions) settings. It will also send out your reschedule confirmation notifications.


How to Reschedule a Canceled Inspection

This section will show you step-by-step how to reschedule a canceled inspection.

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right

  2. Click on "Inspections" in the dropdown menu

  3. Click on the canceled inspection

  4. Click "Reschedule"

  5. Select your new appointment date

  6. Select your new appointment time

  7. Click "Reschedule Inspection"

If an inspection is canceled, it can be rescheduled at any time. If an inspection is deleted, it cannot be rescheduled. To retrieve a deleted inspection, you can reach out to our support team.
